Milling machining

Sheng Wei has extended it CNC milling technology to face milling, curved surface milling, slot milling, gear milling and cam milling etc. Complicated profile can be done in just one operation by using profile milling cutter.
As example shown on photo : It appears a complex part, plus only +/- 0.02mm for dimensional tolerance and 0.02mm for position. The primary machining would focus on holding the precision of the center position. A high frequent in-process & patrol check would be implemented by Sheng Wei’s skilled technicians to make sure all parts made in good condition. In addition, Sheng Wei’s OQC people will do the CMM & visual check prior to shipment, ensuring parts shipped without quality issue and imperfection or damage.
